She specializes in addiction recovery, trauma-informed care, and mental health counseling, as well as workplace compliance through her role as a DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).

As the founder of Purpose Driven Services (PDS) and Grace Services, Winifred blends professional expertise with genuine care to create safe, supportive spaces for individuals, families, and organizations. Whether you’re navigating life challenges, seeking coaching and guidance, or working through the Return-to-Duty process, she is here to walk with you every step of the way.
